SAP Alert Management in CRM

   Overview

Alert Management (ALM) is very useful when business problems occur, or some important information should be sent to the recipients when some criteria are meet. The alert can be triggered by an application such as CRM/ERP/SRM and the underline NetWeaver monitoring etc. Recipients of the alert are determined or assigned and informed immediately.

For example, when a sales contract is cancelled, an alert is sent to the related manager. When the rating of the customer feedback is lower than 50%, alert the team lead as well.
