SAP CRM Groupware Integration (Client Side)

   Overview

Integrating the SAP CRM with Groupware applications such as Lotus Domino and Microsoft Exchange Server is critical for today's business, so that the Activities (Appointment/Task) can be synchronized between SAP CRM and the groupware application. The end users can use the Lotus or Outlook to get the activity and contact information on time.

Client-side integration is driven by each CRM end user, to manually start the replicate the appointment/contacts.

  • Activities (Appointment/Task): Synchronization of Appointments and Tasks between SAP CRM and Groupware.
  • Contacts: Replication of CRM Contacts .

Setting up the groupware integration is not so easy. Please feel free to contact us for help and more information about SAP CRM Groupware Integration. Client-side integration is much easier than the server-side integration for project implementation while it is not very convenient for the end users to synchronize the work manually.
