SAP CRM Groupware Integration (Server Side)

   Overview

Integrating the SAP CRM with Groupware applications such as Lotus Domino and Microsoft Exchange Server is critical for today's business, so that the Activities (Appointment/Task) can be synchronized between SAP CRM and the groupware application. The end users can use the Lotus or Outlook to get the activity and contact information on time.

Server-side integration is back-end driven integration, without the user interaction. While the client-side integration requires to user to manually start the replicate the appointment/contacts.

  • Activities (Appointment/Task): Bi-directional synchronization of Appointments and Tasks between SAP CRM and Groupware.
  • Contacts: Replication of CRM Contacts to Groupware Contacts for groupware private folder; for groupware public folder, the synchronization is bi-directional.

Setting up the groupware integration is not so easy. Please feel free to contact us for help and more information about SAP CRM Groupware Integration.
