SAP Business Communications Management (BCM) Overview

Before SAP released the BCM solution, we have to adopt a 3rd-party Communication Management Software (Such as Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Siemens Hi-Path Pro Center, etc.) to integrate the external phone hardware systems with SAP CRM Interaction Center with SAP ICI interface or SAP SAPPhone Interface. In some cases, the CMS would be developed by projects.
