Overview

Firstly introduced in SAP CRM 7.0, Knowledge Article is highly welcomed by many customers for service solution or interaction center solution because now we can freely use the multi-level categorization for the knowledge while this is very difficult in the standard Solution database.

Knowledge Article is a new transaction type but usually we treat them as a kind a master data because it is a piece of information which can be used to solve problems.
