CRM-MM: Logistics Integration in the Procurement Process ( Service part /External Service item)

Service parts or external service are planned in the service orders or in-house repair orders. At a proper time, the process in CRM Service can trigger the procurement of service parts or external services in ERP MM. Depending on whether the service part is ready in stock or whether it should be procured from external vendors or manufactured internally, we can carry out different processes such as

CRM-MM: Logistics Integration in the Material Withdrawal Process (Service Parts Order fulfillment)

This is the service part fulfillment for the service order which usually takes place in Service Confirmation after the service is executed. In the service confirmation, Confirmation of the materials used with reference to the reservation according to the following logistics scenarios:

In the context of a repair, if a part that is sent in is found to be so badly damaged that it is not worth repairing, it is scrapped, which causes a goods movement to be posted in SAP ECC (usually it's the movement type 551/E), which writes off the stock from the sales order stock.
